From childhood, there was a natural inclination toward meditation,
stillness and the experience of oneness. Time spent close to nature
offered an early sense of connection beyond the ordinary boundaries
of everyday life.
The journey of meditation unfolded through a deep sense of inner guidance and devotion to Lord Shiva. Over the years, meditation, dhyan-sadhana and martial arts became disciplines through which awareness, focus and inner experience continued to deepen.
Along this journey came profound personal experiences of Kundalini Shakti. These experiences became part of a continuing exploration rather than something to be claimed as an achievement.

A Lifelong Practice
Discipline, Experience & Inner Work
The journey has never been limited to a single practice. Martial arts, meditation, sadhana and direct inner experience gradually became different expressions of a deeper search for awareness.
Over time, these practices shaped a grounded approach in which discipline supports awareness, awareness deepens experience, and experience becomes part of everyday life.
In 1991, Amit Rattan began a deeper engagement with meditation and personal sadhana. What began as an inward search gradually became a regular part of his life and continued to deepen through practice.
In 1997, continued meditation and personal sadhana led to a profound experience of Kundalini. This marked an important point in the journey, deepening his interest in inner awareness and the nature of spiritual experience.
By 2006, years of meditation, sadhana and personal exploration had gradually taken a more defined form through Pranava Healing. At that time, the practice was not presented openly to a wider audience. Instead, it was shared quietly with a select circle of people who came into the journey through personal connection, trust and direct guidance.
This period remained intentionally private, allowing the practice to develop through individual experience, close guidance and a deeper understanding of its approach.
Martial arts has been an important part of Amit Rattan's journey, developing physical discipline alongside focus, awareness and consistency.
His journey in martial arts includes competitive achievement at the national level, along with the discipline of attaining a 4th Dan Black Belt. The experience of both practice and teaching has shaped his understanding of discipline, focus and committed training.

The discipline of practice shapes focus, steadiness and commitment.
The journey gradually moved beyond individual disciplines toward a deeper observation of inner experience-learning to recognise stillness and the subtle changes that unfold through sustained inner work.
Over the years, this journey developed into a broader understanding of discipline, awareness and the way inner experience can shape our relationship with ourselves and everyday life.
Pranava Healing emerged from this continuing exploration as a structured spiritual healing system for deeper awareness, inner clarity and personal transformation.
